2. Booking Process
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your event date. Please note that we cannot confirm your booking until the deposit has been received.
3. Payment and Fees
Please note that credit card payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge.
All platform booking fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation. However, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests, provided adequate notice is given and our chefs have not already incurred costs for ingredient purchases.
4. Changes and Cancellations
- 7 days or more prior to the event: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of your 30% deposit.
- Less than 7 days before the event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur the full cost of the booking. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, depending on availability, without any additional fees if sufficient notice is given and the chef has not purchased ingredients.
