1. Introduction

Welcome to At The Italian Table, where we provide bespoke catering services and private chef experiences for events and special occasions. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before making any bookings with us. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking Process

At The Italian Table provides a platform for customers to book catering services or hire a private chef for their events. Once you submit a booking request, we will confirm the availability of the chefs or services required. Upon confirmation, you will receive an invoice with details of your event and the agreed price.
To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your event date. Please note that we cannot confirm your booking until the deposit has been received.

3. Payment and Fees

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. All payments must clear in our account before the date of the event. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, and you may forfeit your deposit according to our cancellation policy.
Please note that credit card payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge.
All platform booking fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation. However, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests, provided adequate notice is given and our chefs have not already incurred costs for ingredient purchases.

4. Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact our Customer Care Support team as soon as possible. You can reach us via email at info@attheitaliantable.com.au, or by phone at 0467 488 310. Our team will assist you in making any changes or processing a cancellation. Cancellation Policy:
  • 7 days or more prior to the event: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of your 30% deposit.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur the full cost of the booking.
  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, depending on availability, without any additional fees if sufficient notice is given and the chef has not purchased ingredients.

    5. Use of Services

    At The Italian Table provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for customers to access our services for personal event use. Unauthorised use or commercial exploitation of our services is prohibited. Any external websites or chef profiles linked through our platform are independent of At The Italian Table, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of information on those sites.

    6. Privacy Policy

    We take the privacy of our customers seriously. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of At The Italian Table, our users, or the public.

    7. Proprietary Rights

    The content on At The Italian Table’s platform, including chef profiles and other materials, is protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, or redistributed without our explicit written consent. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of this content may result in legal action.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
