Christian hosted a incredible pasta workshop. Although we weren't skilled in pasta making before, we now have a newfound appreciation for the craft. The pasta was, and loved being able try different types. The energy throughout the workshop was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. We can't wait to return for another memorable experience.

We had Christian to our home for my husband's surprise 50th birthday celebration. He served a beautiful 5 course meal and helped us select wines to accompany each course. Each generously portioned dish was a work of art, a combination of amazing flavours that made the dish sing and accompanied by a story about the culture or the ingredients or about Christian himself. The night was effortless and at the end we could relax and marvel about the unique experience. Thank you, Christian. We look forward to having you out again.
