Christian hosted a incredible pasta workshop. Although we weren't skilled in pasta making before, we now have a newfound appreciation for the craft. We had Christian to our home for my husband's surprise 50th birthday celebration. He served a beautiful 5 course meal and helped us select wines to accompany each course. Each generously portioned dish was a work of art, a combination of amazing flavours that made the dish sing and accompanied by a story about the culture or the ingredients or about Christian himself.
